We partner with Printful to bring your Threads of Knowledge pieces to life and deliver them thoughtfully around the world.
Production & Shipping Times (US): 3–7 business days for production + 2–7 business days transit (tracking provided automatically).
Free Shipping: On all orders $50 or more—most hoodies qualify on their own; a single t-shirt pairs beautifully with another to unlock it.
Orders under $50: Flat rate $7.99 (US domestic) for reliable, tracked delivery.
International Shipping: Calculated transparently at checkout (rates vary by country; no surprises).
Order Tracking: Every package includes real-time tracking—check your confirmation email or reach out if the link feels elusive.
Shipping Restrictions: We ship to most addresses worldwide, but certain remote, restricted, or sanctioned areas (e.g., some P.O. boxes, military exclusions, or embargoed regions) may not be serviceable—any limitations appear clearly at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or never arrives (lost in transit), contact us within 30 days of receipt (or estimated delivery for lost packages).
Provide photos or details when possible—we work directly with Printful to investigate and, if eligible, arrange a reprint, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you. We're in this together; your peace matters to us.
Returns & Exchanges: For buyer's remorse, size exchanges, or other non-defect reasons, returns are at our discretion. Most returns will be accepted the first time. Multiple returns for the same reasons will be flagged and not processed. The customer pays return shipping, and we recommend reaching out first so we can guide you gently through the process. Defective/damaged claims fall under the section above.
